Our HT, VHT, and VVHT versions provide a reliable solution for measuring distance/profiles on extremely hot surfaces where the non-contact measuring principle may not be sufficient. These versions are specifically designed to handle challenging applications such as level measurement on molten steel, aluminum, copper, and other high-temperature materials.
These specialized versions are available in the following families: ODS Grey-Line, ODS Black-Line & ODS Red-Line sensors and O2DS Z-Line scanners. By using BLUE Laser technology, the VVHT versions are capable of measuring on extreme hot target surfaces up to 2.200ºC / 3992ºF .
